Me too. Simple Man is one of my favorite songs of all times. I strangely take it personal when people re-do a song and ruin it…Shine down definitely did the song justice.

I’m so glad someone else caught and listened to that one. It’s one of my favorite covers ever. She has sung it with a full orchestra before and it is amazing. I could go on and on about Ani DiFranco though. You’ll always probably see a song on my mix tapes from her. Thanks for checking it out.
I’ve always loved Ani DiFranco’s voice…..Had never heard this version before! I’m soooo enjoying it. Great Mixtape!!!
